01. Submit Your Request
It is important for our customers to share essential information or sample details related to the product in order to benefit from our design, mold, and production services. This information includes important details such as the product's technical specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and material properties.
02. Quote and Approval
The design, material selection, packaging, and shipping conditions are planned according to the necessary technical data for the part to be produced. Then, the production price and payment terms are calculated and presented to you for approval.
03. Production Phase
The injection method ensures that products are produced with greater precision and measurability during the production process. Additionally, care is taken to ensure that the quality of the products is at the highest level through quality control and testing procedures. As a result, when our products are ready for shipment, they meet high-quality standards and are capable of fulfilling our customers' expectations.
04. Quality Control
In the final stage of production, our quality control expert teams meticulously examine every detail of the products. Compliance with standards, measurement accuracy, material quality, surface finish, and other technical specifications are checked. During the quality control process, appearance, leak, durability, and material tests are conducted. Once the process is complete, the products are packaged without any issues and made ready for shipment.
